Hortriculturalist, Louise Moreton, shares how every child at Wicor School has the opportunity to grow food, harvest, cook, and taste it. Their headline-hitting initiative enables children to learn hands on about sustainable, flavourful, and nutritious food. This masterclass will teach youngsters how to make a tasty beetroot hummus, a great a healthy snack for all the family that explores new flavours and encourages no waste.

Mix it up with Sally Hawkins, the founder of InTheMix Mixology Ltd, specialising in cocktail events and mixology masterclasses and the creator of the award-winning RTD brand Conscious Cocktail Company, launched in 2025.
