We will have a great line up of South Downs food and drink producers, artists and potters, makers and creators showcasing the finest produce from our glorious landscape.

Food

Celebrate the finest food in season, with farmers and growers using regenerative agriculture to bring superb local food to the festival.

From locally grown asparagus to an abundance of tomatoes, Hampshire strawberries to hedgerow elderflowers, estate honey to wild venison and micro-greens to cheese and charcuterie, it’s time to meet, taste and celebrate the South Downs farmers and growers.

Cookery Demonstrations

Along with our partners Hampshire Fare, we showcase the region’s finest chefs and local produce with cookery demonstrations across both days.

Get inspired with mouth-watering dishes as we choose ingredients from ‘The Street’ producers on site.

Hambledon Sparkling Wine Bar

A superb showcase from Hambledon Vineyard.

The birthplace of English Wine, along with local beers, ciders and spirits available by the glass.

Sauna & Wellbeing Zone

Escape from the bustle of the festival

Relax amongst the magnificent trees of Stansted with a calming visit to the wellbeing zone, with yoga, meditation and a mobile sauna.

Drink

It’s time to raise a glass or two to our chalk-filtered South Downs drinks producers.

From the award-winning English Sparkling wines of Hambledon Vineyard to cider and apple juice pressed from the orchards of Blackmoor Estate, and beer brewed with Sussex barley, to gins and spirits using local botanicals.

Fire and Forage Stage

Cooking over charcoal – we have some superb chefs showcasing fire cooking with seasonal ingredients, foraged foods, rubs and marinades.

Hosted by chef Jacqueline Wise, get fired-up at the Fire and Forage stage with Big Green Egg, Smokey Rebel and more

Kids, Crafts & Cookery Zone

The festival will encourage the younger generation to enjoy cooking, and exploring food with a dedicated zone and a range of activities to suit all ages.

They can even contribute to the festival discussion panel with their opinions on school food.

Foraging Walks

Join our experts for a foraging walk along the Stansted estate hedgerows

Discover a range of edible and medicinal plants that are available at this time of year.

Street Food

With a mix of local and global influence, our local street food vendors offer a huge variety of delicious lunch options.

From Woodfire’s BBQ beef using Sussex produce, to Vietnamese street food – so you will be extremely well fed and watered during your visit.

We will explore regional food and drink on day 1, looking at regenerative agriculture in the South Downs and discover how schools can change our eating habits and inspire a new generation on day 2.

Live Music & Cocktail Bar

We will have a live music stage and cocktail bar.

Offering a range of drinks from local gins to Japanese-inspired cocktails.

Tea on the Terrace

Enjoy Tea and scones on the South Terrace of Stansted House, overlooking the festival.

There will also be a number of local mobile coffee and tea vendors around the grounds.
